This week we spotted an interesting post over at the Photography for Real Estate (PFRE) blog, which suggested professional property photographers should only be shooting for established top agents.
The post suggested that, in a market where agents are struggling to shift properties on their portfolios, those offering professional property photography should limit their client list to those who are obviously succeeding.
The author suggests that property marketing professionals who are less successful may be less willing to pay the going rate for quality interior photography – but does this logic ring true?
Great Property Photography Speaks for Itself
Commenters on the blog point out that great property photography speaks for itself, and add that just because an agent is not prolific, does not mean that they don’t have a great understanding of the principles of property marketing.
Here at Photoplan we are lucky enough to shoot for some of the UK’s best established property marketing firms, but we also enjoy working with new and upcoming clients, many of whom have exciting and interesting approaches to selling houses.
