Lease plan of the Week – 15th July 2011

On October 13th 2003 new laws were implemented which meant that all new leases granted for terms over 7 years or existing leases sold or assigned with 7 years to run must now be registered with Land Registry. Part of the lease application requires a land registry compliant lease plan to be produced and submitted.

This Photoplan lease plan included a detailed and scaled floorplan of the property including communal outdoor space highlighted in green. The demise of the property is clearly outlined in red. The lease plan also includes an ordinance survey plan detailing the position of the property in relation to the surrounding buildings and the local area.

Let one of our specialist planners carry out the survey and you’ll receive the plans by email for approval within 48 hours.  Visit our dedicated lease plan page for more information about our services and pricing.
