Properties marketed with Floor Plans attract 30 per cent more attention, while new research has revealed a growing demand for both Floor Plans and property photography, Galway Advertiserreports. Due to this, the estate agent Sherry FitzGerald Kavanaghhas reportedly introduced these to its property marketing portfolio.
“We know that buyers today expect to have access to a floor plan when comparing property particulars.
